Background

  Thomasena found her love for teaching while serving in the Navy Reserves, and it set her on the path to become a licensed HVAC-R technician, receive an Associate of Science in Residential Air Conditioning from Eastfield College, and earn a Bachelor’s in Instructional Design from Texas A&M at Commerce.

Experience

 After earning the required credentials, she taught classes at the community college level for several years.

She has trained, developed curricula, and created learning resources for leading manufacturers in the industry. In addition she has worked closely with college programs to help them integrate cutting-edge technology into the classroom.
